Brent J. Malmstrom  

Brent is a progressive executive with over 20 years’ experience working with Boards, CEOs, Global Teams to develop and implement global strategic initiatives that guide organizations through restructuring, organic growth, mergers and acquisitions all while driving sustained results. Brent is very people-focused both in his personal and professional life his desire to walk with people and organizations at their pace to ultimately achieve their goals without compromising the culture or values has made him a recognized global leader. He developed these skills while working as a senior executive at Deloitte, American Express, and currently at Redapt Inc.  Brent has been recognized by Ernest and Young as an influential Global CFO and has received civic awards in recognition of the work he continuously performs to support the community and those in need. Brent's passion for horses began at an early age spending family holidays riding the mountains of Colorado with his family. This passion stayed with him throughout his life to the point he and his wife, Jennifer, started an end-to-end commercial thoroughbred horse racing and breeding operation.  He is focused on the entire life cycle of the horses in their care from breeding and racing to retirement.
