Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center was founded in June 1976 by Margaret Dunlap. Margaret had multiple sclerosis and found that being on the back of a horse slowed the advance of her disease. From our small but mighty beginning, we have grown to be one of the largest, industry-leading Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) International centers. We thank the thousands of people who have carried the Little Bit mission forward with dedication, pride, and an unwavering focus on what remarkably capable people with disabilities can do when they partner with caring and intuitive horses.
