Valeur has come farther than any other horse to be a part of the Little Bit barn. Born in Denmark, registered and approved as a Danish Warmblood, he was imported to the US and trained to FEI level dressage.

Valeur's owner in Florida decided to donate him to Little Bit when physical limitations prevented him from advancing in his training. Our program director, Jenny Nell, flew to Florida to try him out, rode Valeur amongst the alligators and what have you, and he barely batted an eyelash. Valeur was FedEx'ed to Seattle by airplane and escorted by his own personal groom.

Patient and willing with both beginning and advanced independent riders, Valeur brings the fine art of dressage to Little Bit.

Over the course of a year, the cost of feed, shavings, shoes, standard veterinary care, and other expenses adds up to over $3,500 per horse. We therefore thank Opus Northwest LLC for partnering with Little Bit in the care of this amazing therapy horse!
