Murphy | |||||||||||||||||

Murphy is our Canadian Norwegian Fjord. Originally trained as a single and tandem driving horse, Murphy moved to LB in 1993 and quickly became a favorite. In 2001, he beat out all other therapeutic riding horses in the country and because NARHA Horse of the Year! Both times, he was nominated and won because he always does a great job. His intuition, trustworthy character, and the care he shows with small children suit him to hippotherapy. His favorite activities are pulling carts and eating grass. Murphy traditionally pulls Santa's sleigh at the annual Little Bit holiday party. Murphy is sponsored by Elias & Karyl Alvord |
