Bjorn was born in a small, remote town near Lake Chelan. He was first trained as pack horse carrying building supplies and cement to camps. When a family in Woodinville bought him, he crossed Lake Chelan on a barge and journeyed to his new home. What an adventure at such a young age! The family trained Bjorn in western and English riding.

Bjorn is a super hippotherapy horse! He has a wonderful slow baby trot that makes him a favorite for beginning riders. He even bows on command for his favorite treat - carrots!

Over the course of a year, the cost of feed, shavings, shoes, standard veterinary care, and other expenses adds up to over $3,500 per horse. We therefore thank Patty Hughes for partnering with Little Bit in the care of this amazing therapy horse!
