There is currently a significant waiting list for services at Little Bit. In order to be added to the wait list, please contact the Program Assistant at 425-882-1554 and be prepared to spend 10-20 minutes completing an initial intake interview.

In this initial interview, we will explain our programs, the assessment and enrollment process, fees for programs, and review any possible precautions to therapeutic horseback riding or hippotherapy.

When a rider has reached the top of the wait list, they are contacted with follow-up paperwork. When this paperwork is completed in full, an assessment is scheduled. The assessment will be conducted by a licensed PT, OT, or SLP in conjunction with a NARHA certified instructor and the Program Director or Assistant. The purpose of this assessment is to ensure each rider is appropriately placed into our program, and goals and strategies for success are identified early on. Only upon completion of this assessment will a rider be eligible to register in our programs.
