At what age can a person start riding?

The minimum age to start riding is 2 years old.

Do you only have children riding at your facility?

No. We accept riders of all ages.

At what age can I volunteer?

Program volunteers must be at least 14 years old.  Certain events and group activities may allow for volunteers under 14 years old. 

Where do your horses come from?

Our horses are in the program through a care lease agreement or are donated or purchased specifically for the program.
